I purchased a new construction home on 3/19/2021 which was built by AT&T builders (Michael ********, president of Edison Electric Co.). Since February 2022 there has been a persistent water leak in the master bathroom\shower. It was initially reported to Mr. Thompson in very early February 2022 at which time I was promised it would be fixed. Mr. Thompson believed this to be a caulking problem. Someone came to assess the leak and this individual did not believe that caulking my shower was the resolution. I reiterated these findings to Mr. Thompson, who then agreed to come assess the leak himself. An appointment was made and he failed to show. I was later advised by HR director, Chelsea ********* that she would promptly reschedule my appointment, which never happened. The leak has continued to progress, the bathroom tiles surrounding the tub and shower have become discolored and some have cracked, which has exacerbated water damage. In September of 2022, the bathroom became completely unusable and the master bedroom is uninhabitable as evidenced by soaked carpet which has fostered the growth of black mold in multiple places. There is visible water damage on the basement ceiling, directly beneath the master shower. On 9/28/2022, Mr. Thompson came to my home to reassess the leak and the damage caused, despite having been sent photos and emails indicating damage severity. He assured me that he would rectify the issue. On 10/5/2022, Mr. Thompson sent a team consisting of a carpet installer, a plumbing tech, and an employee of Edison Electric. The plumbing tech verified the source of the leak after cutting two large holes in the bedroom wall which revealed approx. one inch of standing water underneath the shower and an extensive leak originating from the shower\cracked tiles. By the conclusion of this appointment, nothing was repaired or replaced. I have missed countless hours of work waiting for various "solutions". Please advise what documentation is needed.Business response

If necessary, please file a new complaint under the appropriate business. In addition, the Builder has been working on the home to fix the issue.
