Dathan ***** of Candew Construction was hired in October of 2022 for renovation of my property. He was to complete 3 full bathrooms Electrical work throughout the house. He never got a permit for the electrical work so it has not been cleared through the city. I'm really concerned about the electrical work because the house had an electrical fire prior to construction. He was to add a sliding door to kitchen we paid someone to fix the damage because it was open to the outside. The bathrooms are not water proofed and none of them are completely finished. 1 has a working shower and it keeps backing up and the other 2 only have working toilets and sinks. We have made several attempt s to reach out to him and he will not respond. I paid him $45,000 for this job and he has provided me with shabby work throughout.
