I ordered food for myself and my husband at 5:40pm. We order from there sometimes several times a week, so we've spent a ton of our hard earned money there. By 6:50pm, I called and asked where our order was, as it had been over an hour. The cashier stated that the driver already left with our food, and should be here any minute with our order. At 7:45pm, 2 whole hours after my order, she called me back and said their delivery driver gave my order to another customer, so I could have them remake it, or refund my card. At this point, there's nowhere else to order from bc its so late, and I waited over 2 hours to for my dinner. I asked them to make it, and I went in MYSELF to pick it up, as I didn't want to wait 2 more hours and didn't trust their driver to get it to me. When I got there, the cashier was extremely rude. I told them I shouldn't have had to come in to get my own order after over 2 hours of waiting, and I definitely shouldn't have to pay after all the inconvenience. They never offered me a discount, a refund, or any way to make it right. It was TERRIBLE customer service, and ill never spend another penny there after spending money there for years. Their customer service is disgusting and the owners don't know how to treat to loyal customers at all. Plus they pay all their employees under the table, so ill be reporting to the irs next.
