I purchased a king size mattress for Mattress Man retail store on 6/12/21 for $1260 from manager ***** who answered my questions and secured the transaction. On or about 12/18/21 I phone the store to ask about the mattress sagging and was told that was normal settling of the mattress by **** and that I should give it time and that everything was okay. Mattress continues to sag more than 2 inches in the center and its as if it a whole is in the bed. I weight less than 140lbs and barely use the bed. I went to the retail store 1/17/23 to execute my warranty because the sag is worse and can be seen as if a huge dip in the bed and is very uncomfortable and spoke to ***** who stated that someone would call me to look into and return the bed manufactured by ******** **** to no avail. The mattress is a defect and is damaged because the bed continued to dip, sag and the whole bed is sunken in the center. I have gotten the run around and the warranty is supposed to be 10 years for this bed. I want a refund because I have concerns about the retail store and the manufacturer.
