I applied for a vehicle loan and got approved. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle they told me it was valued at $12,000. Once I acquired the vehicle they came back and told me that it is only being valued at $10,500. I’ve been trying for three weeks to speak with the loan officer. I have left several voice messages for him to give me a call back. He has not called me. The representative I’ve been speaking with, keeps telling me he will call me, but he has not. I feel as if I’ve been baited, and then they switched on me.
