The people running this place have zero urgency despite being an urgent care. I needed a PCR test for travel which on their website guarantees 24 hours. But when I go in it's 48 hours and on top of that what is usually a 10min visit has turned into a 6+ hour visit just to do a PCR that won't come in on time. The employees are absolutely dreadful and are so unbelievably unhelpful they don't bother to resolve anything besides telling you that the wait is going to get longer and longer because we are an urgent care facility. Not urgent enough clearly. They are so rude and told us to wait outside in our cars and not to leave. They give us completely false appointment times. If they truly run an urgent care the patients would surely be better off going somewhere else if their lives were in danger.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/19) */ Due to HIPAA, we can only disclose in generalities. Due to the Omicron surge, we experienced a 700% increase in patient visits over a six week period, along with losing staff due to the Covid 19 virus, where 30% of our staff contracted the virus due to its infectious nature. Wait times did increase during the surge period. All patients were told of the increase in turn times as he stated and all results were delivered well within the 72 hour guidelines despite the challenges. We ask that healthcare workers get shown a little grace during this period. Even with impossible patient volume to predict, sick staff members, and 60 hour work weeks,we were still there for everybody's needs throughout the Holidays and will continue to serve our community during the pandemic Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/01/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
