Charged $41.00 for misc. material that their unsure what it was and also charged 17 hrs of labor since they had to come out 3 separate times to fix the same problem that should have been fixed the first time they came out. They could not find the problem so end result was they replaced entire line which fixed the leak. Before they could replace line they had to go back to the shop to get a roll of copper tubing since they weren't prepared and charged me for the hour and 10 minutes it took to leave and come back even though it's only about 7-8 miles to their shop. Also want me to pay for a trainee that wasn't really being trained to do anything other than stand there and do nothing granted he did put some tools in the van before they left. I have been trying to pay this bill the last 3 weeks, every time I talk with them, it's we'll look into it and get back to me. The bill is now past due and I'm not paying interest on top of a bill I already disagree with. Last time I talked with Jason, he did agree the flare nuts was the wrong price but he'd have to look into the misc material and labor which has been over a week ago. I would like a reasonable adjustment so I can pay what's due.
