      I stayed there for about a month (while waiting on my apartment to be ready). Ms. **** the manager is polite excellent customer service but shes all about making the company money she dont want to work no deals with customers I referred several customers and she never wants to make deals just always a up charge never want to price match (because its cheaper on the actual website/online versus in person) she will literally make a customer leave before she offers anything at a discount rate they also will swipe your cards continuously for different amounts although you already paid. **** has the nastiest attitude problem the rooms have bed bugs and some rooms dont have hot water and some rooms smell like mold due to water leaking from the air conditioner the rooms are infested with bed bugs and **** threatened to kick me out she tries to assert her power if you have any issues or ask questions she will make it hard for you or discontinue your stay and **** goes along with it because they are friends outside of work also she can not think for herself. I would not recommend this place to anyone stay away!!!!

      I am Janie H***, I stayed at Metro Points Hotel from Thursday, 10/13/22 - Sunday, 10/16/22. Room 605. Upon my arrival Thursday evening, my roommate & I noticed that curtains were filthy and torn. The carpet was dirty. I sprayed room down w/Lysol including the beds and bedding. We did not complain we were tired. Friday morning, I woke up with small itchy bumps on arms. As the day went on more bumps appeared, red and warm. When heading out of the hotel for dinner, I stop by the desk, showed the desk staff my arms and mentioned that I may be having an allergic reaction to laundry detergent. Requested the name of the detergent. Desk staff stated, he will text manager to get name. Desk staff and I never discussed matter further. By Saturday morning, I woke up experiencing chills and the bumps were red & inflamed. I went to front desk at 615 am, spoke with different staff member, who provided me with email contact info for his managers Nora Larry and Anna C*****. He also informed me that Anna would start her shift at 8:00 am. While waiting for Anna, I made an appointment via online with ******* *********** *** ***********  Upon Anna’s arrival, I explained the issues and showed her my arms. I was allowed to change room to 709. I went for treatment, I was diagnosed with bedbug bites. I was given RX for prednisone. Now, I’m taking medication for the next 5 days. A copy of the medical report was given to Anna. I was visiting Maryland from Connecticut to celebrate my Birthday 10/15. My plans were altered because I was not feeling well. I will never stay at this property again. I had to toss my clothes that came in contact with bed in room 605. The hotel was reluctant to reimburse my full hotel stay of $369.51. I made it perfectly clear that I was NOT paying for this stay! They eventually agreed to the full refund. The hotel should be investigated by the Health Inspection Department. No one should stay in room 605. I have pictures of my arms & of the dirty room.
