1) I called to book 4 training sessions for 6/18, I was informed they were free to locals and that the 4th person who lives out of state would need to pay a drop in fee - NO AMOUNT was given about the fee. I was told later that this phone call was recorded WITHOUT my permission, the phone call never discussed what that fee would be - I spoke to ****. In Maryland all parties must consent to recording conversations, so they violated this law. 2) when we came to do the class on 6/18 we were stopped on the way out to attempt to collect the fee (again no amount was given) for 2 of us vs the 1 that **** promised. I asked that a manager call me to discuss the charge on Mon 3) nobody called me on Monday 6/19 4) on 6/20 I saw an unauthorized charge on my ** ** for $35. I was never told about this, asked about it and didn't check any box or verbally agree to charge my CC this amount, I called and spoke to **** who admitted that he recorded the conversation when I booked, he admitted that an amount was never discussed with me, he admitted it was wrong that nobody called me on Monday and admitted it was wrong to charge my ** ** without first discussing the amount and second calling me first, he then offered to send me an un-authorized recording of my call when I first called to reserve the class.5) **** refused to credit me the $35 despite my plea and his admission of all of the errors by him and his staff 6) I requested a call from a supervisor/regional manager and nobody called me, the only call I got was someone apologizing for putting the charge thru without asking me first I told him repeatedly that I am a strong member of this community and I do not care about the $35, I just wanted to be treated fairly and him to apologize for letting all of this happen, I would not have had a problem paying the 35 IF someone called me Monday before doing it so I could authorize, I never knew the amount (was NEVER told to me which he admitted to) in advance. I want a refund and an apology from his regional manger, ****** and my recording can be made public as proof that a price was never discussed - they had no approval to record any calls;
