I reserved full size SUV rental from Enterprise Rent-A-Car through Expedia on 15June. The reservation was for pick up at 10AM on 18June and drop off of 10AM on 20 June. The locations for pick-up and drop-off were for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. I paid $30 at the time of booking with an understanding that I would pay a total of $455.62 at the counter at time of pick-up. I picked up my vehicle on 18June around 10AM and paid the remaining balance. I dropped off my vehicle on 20June before 9:30AM. The gentleman who received my vehicle said that he would e-mail my invoice. I've attached the invoice for reference but the drop-off time and drop-off location are completely incorrect. The invoice states that I returned the vehicle at 8PM all the way to Dulles International Airport. That added an additional $147.19 to my invoice. Furthermore, I agreed to paying $455.62 for the rental of 3 days. I don't understand why I'm being charged an additional $403.10 per day. I attached my payment and reservation receipt from Expedia as well. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times. I always get one response back with a generic message that they're looking into the issue and that someone will be in contact with me shortly. I never received a phonecall or another e-mail. If this was just $100 overcharge I would consider it a loss, but I cannot tolerate over $1,200 being taken from me. Request your assistance and care in resolving this matter please.
