On Tuesday July 26, 2022, Landsdown Tree Service came to my home to cut down 2 humongous Gum Ball Trees. On tree was located directly behind my large patio.and the other humongous Gum Ball Tree was closer to the back of my house near my kitchen and Dinning room area. The cost of the removal was in the amount of $3,300 of which has been paid in full. On Sunday, July 31, 2022 I went into my pantry closet and notice that the back wall was cracked like something hit my wall and there is along split going down to the floor. During the month of July 2022 I just had my kitchen gutted and Remodel and the pantry was just built. I contacted the owner. Charles by text very early on Monday, August 1 to let him know what had happen to my wall and later I talked with him. He stated that his guys did hit my wall and it must be water damage. There is no water damage and I said to him that that my pantry was just built and that wall was perfectly fine. During our conversation he mention that's why we have insurance. The owner text me a picture of his certificate of liability insurance but it expired on 02/22. I did reach out to him via text for a valid certificate with no response. I have just spent close to $30,000 to have my kitchen remodeled and that included a pantry builded leading into my dinning room and then paying for the tree service. I just want my wall repaired. Whatever assistance you can provide to bring this to an resolution is greatly appreciated.Business response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:The pantry closet was just built as part of my remodeling to my kitchen with any flaws. I never mentioned anything to Mr. B*********** concerning my roof and there has never been any water damage. However, what I did mentioned to him in a text and verbally in a conversation is one of those Hugh branches must have hit the back of the brick wall of my house which caused that wall to break in my pantry like it did. The humongous tree was the only thing in back of my house. I actually observed your guys running to catch one of the branches that was swaying on the rope. This complaint is not about any roof damage that I can observe but damage that caused my pantry wall to break and crack. I omitted sending one of the pictures that showing the initial break and crack in my pantry wall.
The insurance certificate Mr. B******** sent to me via texted expired on 02/20/2022. I text you on 8/5/2022 requesting a valid insurance policy but did receive a rely. I have reached out to ********** insurance to file my claim and on 6-7occassion I tried to reached out to the insurance company with no response.
If your insurance is valid, please send a valid certificate so I can reach out to your insurance company and file my complaint.
Regards,
