Purchased a vehicle from another dealership in July of 2022, 40 days into owning the vehicle the truck broke down and my warranty covered repairs at Goodwins Chevroltet in Brunswick. After my truck being at Goodwins Chevrolet in Brunswick for 8 months to have the motor replaced with out supplying me a loaner vehicle I finally received by truck back. I was able to put **** miles on the first motor that they replaced and my truck broke down yet again and I paid over $100 to have it towed back to Goodwins Chevrolet in Brunswick. They currently have had my truck since June 1st, I was advised through phone calls and text messages that the motor is blown after only **** miles, ** 8/25/2023 I received a phone call from **** in service who I have been dealing with that my second new motor had been installed and was informed the motor has a Crack in the block and was leaking oil, a third motor needs to be ordered. I have through this entire process requested a loaner vehicle as these motors are new crate motors and covered by GM. I have been advised through out this ordeal that as soon as a loaner comes back it would be mine. For the first 8 months they had my vehicle and for the past 3 months I still have not received a loaner questioning this many times. My wife and I work full time and I have to bounce around asking for transportation back and forth to work and borrow others vehicles Goodwins asked General Motors to pay for a loaner through Enterprise and they have refused. This is under warranty by General Motors and I should have a vehicle to drive.Customer response
