      I was thinking about purchasing a new car from this dealership. I spoke with a person over the phone who said I should fill out a credit application online then he would send it over to sales. This was on 5/10. I noticed that Goodwin ran my credit on the 10th - which was fine since I wanted to know what the interest rate might be. Today, on Monday 5/13, I was alerted by my bank that my credit had again been checked by Goodwin today. I called - the salesman, I think his name is **, wanted to argue with me - said it couldn't have been them. It clearly was them since they now show up twice on my credit report. As most people know, one's credit report takes a hit (for 24 months) each time a credit report is obtained by a company.Needless to say, I will not be buying a car from them. Although I bought my last car there, they have certainly lost my trust and have proven unprofessional.

      Not ****** impressed with this dealership. Id be very careful of what they promise to offer because they will not stand by it. When we purchased our SUV we specifically asked for the dents to be repaired. Lo and behold they went back saying they could not do them. We asked about the extra key to the ***** that they said they had and would find. Lo and behold it will cost us $350 for a new spare *******. We complained about the lane assist not working.m from day 1. We were told the ALL cars had the Goodwins bumper to bumper and it would be covered. Lo and behold it is not.

      They charge you for hours they dont have your vehicle. They worked on my car for 3.5 hours. They charged me 4.5hrs They told me labor rate was 150$/hr and they charged me 155$/hr. They told me 300$ to program a *** they charged me 3*****$. The advisors in service department are rude. Also they dont care about service times. I called at 1pm to see if my car was done they said it wasnt even started. Asked them why they said that the service time is only a drop off time and they start it when they feel like it. Spoke with ****** the service manager. He came up with excuse after excuse. Told me the *** was 2.2 hours worth but charged me over 2.5 hours worth. They dont explain any policies and dont care about s******* anyone out of money. They charged me for Atleast ****** over what should of been charge. But Id settle for the *****. Multiple stories. Multiple excuses. They cant get it right. Everyone tells you something different.

      This place is terrible. April of 2020 my car was serviced here, over the last year my car keeps blowing spark plugs from them over tightening or cross threading the ****** ****** are not willing to cover it! They want me to bring my car in, and they will look it over for free, and if it is their fault they will cover it otherwise I have to pay them to fix it. That means it will not be their fault, theyve already claimed it isnt. They now just want my money to fix it. My car has always been serviced by OConnors, and Ive have never had ANY issues until goodwins touched my coil pack. (Extended coverage wouldnt allow me to take it to OConnors because it was too far away) goodwins is the worse place to take any vehicle, bunch of crooks. Please save yourself the time and aggravation and go to a good dealer. This place is a **** joke. The service advisors are a complete joke, and jerks. They claim this issue is common with my car, but calling anywhere else they say it isnt common. They are just coming up with excuses trying to cover themselves. Just do yourself a favor and AVOID them. Go to OConnors, they are professional and thorough.
