This business failed to fulfill my order and delivered to me a wrong item. I requested either delivery of the correct item or a refund. The owner, ***, refuses to honor our contract and will not resolve this problem. I contacted him multiple times through email and telephone without results.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for a skylight man called he said they would send confirmation on payment to my email and what I ordered never received tried calling number back said there was no caller Id called another number no call back emailed more than once on calls and emails no reply they just outright took my money cause when man was still on phone said it would be delivered 25 th no nothing your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated thank you *********************** it was ****** paid with my ********* credit union credit card on the January 9th also I have reported to my bank on this matter I never received a receipt just the charge to my cardBusiness response

Hello, I am not sure when this complaint was filed but he is partially right that the order was supposed to ship (not delivered) by January 25th and because of his urgency, we refunded his money as we could not satisfy his delivery of the skylight do to supply of material is back logged, his refund was completed January 30, 2023, so I assume he does not read is emails, thank you.Initial Complaint

Purchased a skydome for my ******** it goes over the shower. Was told it was not see through. Delivery and production was **** days and up to 5 days shipping. Only to wait 11 days past the delivery and production timeframe. I received the item and it is definitely see through. Rep stated I should get it tinted or spray it. That was not an option. So the option was for me to purchase a white one as that is the only one they sell that is not see through. I was told a prepaid label would be issued for the old one. Which it was but it was canceled. It was agreed that I would pay upfront for the new one. Instead of waiting for the original one to get back to them as they would need the item back before making the new one.I did t want more time to lapse. So I paid for the new white one in full. Expecting to return the other one once I got the correct one. Which I was I was told I would I would be contacted before it shipped. So I could give the updated address. Never was contacted and then it was delivered to the wrong address and had to pay to ship it again. Contacted merchant for label and was told no and that I agreed to keep it for a 29$ discount. Which is not accurate. I was under the impression I was given a discount for all the s**** **** Which is the least that could be done. Asked for a supervisor and no response. Then I finally was emailing the owner Holiday which I cant validate and instead of that person hearing what transpired it was if I was speaking to myself. Was told to go ahead and process the disputes. No one at this company takes ownership of their mistakes. I still spent money with them and yet still not valued. They were accepting the sky dome and supplying a label at their cost prior but dont want to accept it now? After how patient and expenses Ive accrued? Take ownership of your employees mistakes. Find out all the facts. Item is still brand new in its original packaging.Business response

Unfortunately there are no recordings of phone calls which makes it he said she said. The original skylight that was ordered was somehow confused that tinted bronze meant opaque, which the only color any skylight manufacturers make are clear, tinted bronze or grey and translucent white, we don't know why the customer could confuse the pictures on the website her and her husband found the skylight, her invoice said tinted bronze right on the invoice we emailed when she ordered, when she received it she commented that we told her you could not see through it, over emails and phone calls she agreed to a partial refund on the one she received and ordered a white one for when they got back from their trip, the white skylight was received by customer before their trip and than wanted a full refund on the first one after we had aleready refunded a partial on the skylight, renigging on her verbal agreement to keep the tinted one she ordered. FAQYour rep was told we were never to the website. As we placed the order through him based on his information. Not through a website. He took my payment over the phone. Why would I want someone to be able to see me naked in the bathroom? In regards to my trip how could I go in a trip if I have a big hole in my roof. As I stated the see through item you claim I wanted is brand new in its box. Please stop lying about the facts and take ownership of the mistakes. Havent you wasted enough of my time. This whole thing took months. Which I patiently waited even after being lied to about the arrival dates. ******* is quick to act as if he didnt do anything wrong yet I had to call him out on his lies. Then he conveniently stopped responding. What ethical company does that? I spent more money with your company and accrued additional shipping costs that I was not suppose to. Do whats right for once!

We have issued a full refund even though a copy of her agreement on paypal was recorded when she agreed to keep it, wishy washy customer who thinks someone is going to waste time to climb on her camper to look down through a skylight, pretty far fetched.

Im truly appalled by your response as a human being. To clarify my vehicle is a customized ******** ********* The fact that I dont want anyone to see myself or my children in the shower is more than proper. Not wish washy. If my vehicle is parked anywhere that has a second story which is practically everywhere in the world, you can see in! So please dont insult me for wanting not to expose my body and my children. Now to address the rest of your lies. Ive attached the additional receipt of payment. For the new non see through item that I bought from your company. I dont have PayPal and I didnt pay through PayPal. Your employee processed all my payments over the phone. I then received receipts that went to my spam. Which I wasnt even aware of. I actually called asking about my receipt. So you have the ability to write whatever you choose to on those receipts. If I had been aware and sooner I would have addressed it I think I have more than proven my case and have wasted more of my valuable time than you deserve. Clearly Im dealing with someone who wants to make unfounded remarks and has no cleats or ethicsHave a blessed day!
