Account # ****** - Requested date: November 2023 My health provider ******************** Health Ctr., ********, **.) submitted the request to purchase a ****** (Walkabout Lite 4-Wheel Rollator). I will be 83 this month and require the ****** for balance and prevent falls. ****** would be paid by ********* except CMT kept telling me and my provider that the necessary paperwork had not been submitted. In Jan. 2024, CMT informed me that the ****** was now available, but because I have a $200 deductible with ******** (which I must use first), I would have to pay for the ******. I asked the total and they said $$143.68. I paid that amount and they shipped me the ******. On 2/13/24 I received an invoice for $70.93 for "seat attachment and 8" wheels (RED). I do not have "RED" wheels on my ******, but the charge is $52.52. The seat charge is $18.41. Their billing is located in **********************., but their portal is in **********. The invoice came from ****************. If CMT had billed ******** back in November of 2023, their invoice would have been paid for in full. They are billing me for items that should have been paid for by my insurance, but they waited until Jan. 2024 so they did not have to deal with ********* and they could charge me. Reviews on this company are not positive. I want this new invoice cancelled.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I called them around February 12th and they told me I would get a refund of approximately $24.00 of the $141.00 that I paid for the ******. I have not received that refund.
