Had a fence done last yr. Left before job done. Left gaps and only put posts in 4 inches. No cement or anything to secure. Blamed it on storm when started to wave. Came back filled with yellow spray foam. Boarded some gaps and around tree like patchwork. Charged $200 on top of $10,000 charged for fence. Blamed on storm again. I could see storm damage after a while but not a brand new strong fence. Boards falling off and fence has a snake shape. Having to prop up so dogs cant get out or critters in. Promises to come back but never shows or calls. Almost a year now I have been begging them to come back and they still havent fixed it. 2 and 3 times a week I call/text. *** wanted to give them the chance and benefit of the doubt before legal action but this is just awful and being taken advantage of *****. Not to mention they did not run to property line as asked and *** lost usable footage in my yard. Ran the fence through my French drain wet and unstable. All around terrible, ugly and unprofessional job.

This is a case of buyer's remorse in which ******** purchased a fence product which was installed on 7/3/2023 a year ago. Our products are not warranted. As mentioned, there was three or more severe weather events that are acts of God. These events are documented by fox news hurricane *** on sept 14 2023, another one by the news center of ***** dubbed the grinch storm with 80 mph winds on 12/17/2023 and the Bangor daily News on dec 19th documenting winds at 100 mph. Furthermore, ********* has tried numerous times to intimidate the company into paying her and has harassed employees at no stop this is a false and in accurate complaint.

I dont see how asking someone to put a fence post in the ground the recommended depth as being buyers remorse. But yes now, after the end result and reading their commentary, I do regret using them. As the pictures show the posts to steady the fence are barely 4 inches versus the footage they should be. Without cement for stabilization. Then they came and put spray foam which did not help and is extremely unattractive. And charged $200 extra. Of course the fence wouldnt withstand storms. The fence is barely in the ground. If done correctly, as others here in the area clearly have had done, the fence would withstand at least withstand the first storm. Not to mention they ran the whole right side through the lands French drain what fence is going to stand upright in running water and mud. It would have taken just inches to the property line yet they put it in the ditch?? If it was done correctly then they wouldnt keep coming back with inadequate fixes. The company repeatedly coming back clearly shows their guilt in inadequate work. No one is harassing  or intimidating anyone asking for them to do their job correctly or partial money back to have it repaired correctly. What it boils down to is they took advantage of someone and tried to hide a poor job with doing as little as possible. Scam. The fence has no purpose to hold anything in or out and has shoddy repairs with cross boards, nails sticking out everywhere, dangerous, dangerous wood pieces jutting out of the ground, leaning, gaps, braces and yet asking for a fix is harassment??? Wow! They took advantage and clearly just stated in writing they dont guarantee their work thats horrible. Also not told to customers in advance. $8,000 unguaranteed, shoddy, work by scammers hiding behind words of religion to hide their intentions. Own up to what you did and fix the fence!
