While selling our home our realtor did not ensure explicit aspects of what we wanted were followed. To cover their tracks the realtor, the manager (broker agent) lied about the actions that took place. These actions have caused us to be potentially homeless and cause a loss of medical care for my wife. The realtor did not do their due diligence and ensure that the full terms of the agreement were not able to be met. We asked for two explicit lines. One, we would not be homeless and two our whole house generator would come with us unless our new purchase had one installed already. Our realtor failed to ensure these happened while my wife and I were dealing with medical emergencies dealing with her spine that now require surgery.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Have reached out with no reply from the broker and owner of the agency.
