Delivery driver refused to bring refrigerator in, incorrectly stating it would not fit through the door. They asked me to reschedule but they canceled the order. They have not released the item back to manufacturer, so ******* cannot control what happens to the refrigerator. Atlantic will not reschedule a delivery and refuse to work with me despite not delivering the item or returning it to the manufacturer. I just want the fridge I ordered.Business response

The delivery team attempted to deliver the refrigerator. It would not fit and was refused by the customer. This automatically cancels the order. The new refrigerator was ordered and is scheduled for delivery on 12/15/2021. We are not involved with the financial aspect of the purchase. The manufacturer provided the new product and the retailer will ultimately provide the credit for the canceled product.
