******* advertised on their website for a year that RV reservations (with no seasonal sites anymore) were available to make reservations starting April 1, 2024 at 9:00 am. I was on the website at 9:00am trying to make an Ocean Front reservation every 1 minute to 9:15am it always showed ALL sites "Not Available". After 9:15 am it showed only about 4-5 small sites away from the ocean front available. Apparently, they did not honor their advertised requirements that sites can only be made on their website starting April 1, 2024 at 9:00am. I was on the reservation website at 9:00am through 9:15am trying to reserve an Ocean Front camp site every minute (15 trys) for Aug. 4 to Aug. 11, 2024 (Sunday to Sunday as required). Apparently, they did not live up to their advertised reservation requirements otherwise I would have been able to make a reservation. This reservation system is similar to National Parks date and time system that works well, especially when you try as soon as the date and time advertised.I would greatly appreciate you reaching out to them to obtain an Ocean Front site for the dates requested. I was planning this vacation for 6 months in advance and made sure I was on their website April 1st at 9:00am. Very disappointing. Thank you,*********************************.Business response

********************************* was unable to obtain an oceanfront site when he logged into CampLife at 9 am on April 1. I contacted him by email to explain that not all sites are available on April 1. He saw our notice that we no longer offer seasonal sites and assumed that meant that all sites would be available at 9am on April 1. I explained that we still have grandfathered seasonal campers who occupy one third of our oceanfront sites. In addition, I advance book returning campers who reserve one or two months. Also, our oceanfront sites are short sites. The oceanfront sites that were available at 9 am were too short for his 30' trailer. In his reply to my email he expressed his appreciation for clarifying the situation. He asked to be on my waiting list for a second row site. I have saved the email conversation if needed for verification.Customer response
