On Tuesday January 16th I woke up to a dead battery and had it jumped by a friend. I took it to Uncle ******** shop in ********* for a new battery. When I got there I was told that I need a new battery which I already assumed. The guy put in the new battery and while doing so continued to zap himself which I thought was strange like maybe he did not know what he was doing but thought that of course he must as this is part of his job. I drove home for the day which is only a couple miles from the shop.I woke up the next day and headed to the store. On my way, the electrical started going crazy and my car completely shut off. I was able to restart it only for it to happen again after a couple hundred feet. Luckily I was not too far from home so I headed that way. My car did that bout 5 times before I made it home. I couldn't believe that there was already something wrong with my car the next day. I had no reason to believe that my new battery had anything to do with it as it was brand new. I had my car towed to the dealership where I was told that I was not only given the wrong battery for my car but that it was installed incorrectly, hence the problem I was having. I spent $250 on the battery at Uncle ****, $500 at the dealership and $150 for the tow. I am now in $900 for a battery that was improperly installed. I called Uncle **** and the person on the phone told me to bring it back in. I did that and when I arrived I was told they would not return it and I had to eat the cost. It was in my car for 1 day and I missed work, had to borrow a car, spend a fortune getting it fixed properly and Uncle **'s will not return it? It was at the fault of them! All I want is the $250 back as I think it is only right that they at least do that. I am not asking for the other $650 I spent fixing their mistake. I just want to return the battery that was not installed correctly and get my money back. I have gone there for 10 years getting my oil changed. Terrible customer service!Initial Complaint

FORGOT to put oil in my CAR!!!! if i wasnt paying attention realising that the guy who drained the oil, (who came upstairs, punched out and went home because it was time for him to go) never put oil in my car. i wouldve had a really bad situation. was there for 3 hours, they didnt put the air filter in properly (was broken anyway, they didnt inspect it after they got it from autozone because they didnt have it in stock) had NO idea how to do the in cab air filter, took 45 mins before he decided to finally look up how to do it) and mind you this was the "store manager" doing all of this. and the kicker to top it all off, i had my 4 year old son with me this whole time, no heat, no entertainment. will never EVER use this place again. Most disorganized, uneducated, cluster f of a company ive EVER seen
