Young kids incompetent about new cars and customer relations. Took the last car there for a few years without incident but also with sub-par service. Took a brand new car there today for its first oil change because the dealer can't get the car in for months, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! and they left an o-ring out of the filter assly, ( don't ask me why the filter needs to be assembled) which caused oil to drain out on start up. Then after telling me it was only about a half a quart,( in a 4 qt engine) he wanted me to drive away without him replacing the missing oil. ?????? Are you being serious? I guess I should've known considering all he did the entire time was drop f bomb this, f bomb that about his job and the company. No... I will never go back. Also, somehow all my info disappeared out of their system. Darn! Why do you need my address again... for an oil change? It's proof that competency no longer plays a part in companies dealing with the public.Review from Dan S

I have been to this location a couple of times with various cars and was mostly satisfied until my last visit. They were (surprise) short-handed - so I won't beat them up for that too bad. The staff was nice enough, just not attentive to details.Went in for an oil change and that is exactly what I got, no air pressure checks, windshield wiper fluid, no light checks. Thankfully no upsells on anything else - so I view that as a win.My major gripe is that my car requires the synthetic extended ****-mile oil, but when they print out the reminder it says to return in **** or 3 months. I believe this is a blatant attempt at a ripoff. As it turns out, this happened on my last trip there as well. I got the excuse that the system is at fault. I disagree and they expect people to forget exactly when to return and rely on the window sticker. sorry **, I'm going somewhere else from now on.Review from Kelly D

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for oil changes for years because the service was good. I had hands down the least attentive, sub-par,unacceptable service today that I've ever received anywhere! It was for an oil change..it took 10 minutes and cost 61$and I was handed a receipt that included numerous safety inspections that said were completed yet were NEVER Done!I wasn't even shown the dip stick level after the oil change. When I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the person servicing he made the excuse he's only been there a month. So WTF then make it right. There was no attempt to fix what I was unhappy about and I was told to have a nice day. Not having a nice dayam furious and feel taken.Trust and believe I shall never return and will convince by spouse not to either and every other person in my circle and scope of influence! Wow utterly disappointed. ************************
