      I lost my father in law on June 4,2023 in August 2023 we laid him to rest and we purchased a headstone for his grave. When we ordered the headstone we were told that it will arrive during winter and will be placed early spring. It is now July 19, 2024 and we still do not have a headstone. We have called them and emailed and we never get a response.

      The complaint is about failure to provide a granite and bronze marker for my parents grave site. They died 9 months apart. ******, (the owner) was initially very kind and helpful at the time of their deaths, However she has failed to provide the marker in over 14 months for my father and adding my mothers name for 6 months. When she did not respond to me I found the original order form for the marker and called the company, Coldspring, on May 14,24. I spoke with ********************* he said no order had been placed for the marker. the few times that ****** responded she had many stories;" Coldspring was too slow so she ordered it in *******. Their cost for delivery was too high so she was going with her cousin to pick it up" never picked it up. At one point she put just the granite down. I went to the office on site which is a mess and it was obvious no one goes there, There was an old notice from the post office stuck to the door.I have called 28 times since Feb 9, 2024, 11 text since 2/16. I just want my parents marker.

       I am writing to inform you that the issue has been resolved.  ****** did not communicate with me but I went to the cemetery 2 days ago and the bronze had recently been placed.

      My sister passed away in Oct 2022. We had her buried at Blythefield Memory Gardens. During this time my mom was battling cancer. My mom passed away in early March 2023 and buried at Blythefield Memory Gardens. We were working with ****** and were told several times there is no rush and to just take some time and we could order the stones for their sites whenever we needed to. On May 31st I texted Alexas to see if we could finalize everything for my sister and mom. It took almost 2 months of back and forth with her to get her to finalize everything. I finally got the invoice and paid her on July 20th $4664 for just the stones. I was told the stones should be in and placed by September early October. I continued to text for updates and continued to get the run around. My texts finally stopped going through so I emailed Alexas on 11/6. She responded that the stones were still in production. Since then, she has stopped responding to me after I requested a detailed receipt with order date. I reached out to the manufacturer because I felt like ****** hadn't order the stones at all. The manufacturer said they couldn't give me any information since I wasn't their customer but said no typically it would not take as long as it has to get the stones and to go with my gut on this. At this time, I am looking for a full detailed receipt of all the burial transactions with Blythefield for both my mom and sister including order dates on their stones. I also want the stones laid right away as she is saying it now won't be until the spring, almost a year after they were ordered. I lost both my mom and sister within 4 months of each other and the issues we have had to deal with on this have just made losing them so much more difficult.

      Our Dad passed away on October 4, 2022 after complications from brain surgery. While losing a loved one is never easy, we were extremely devastated to lose such a wonderful man. We knew he wanted to be cremated, but we were not sure where to bury the remains. We researched local cemeteries and came across the website for Blythefield Memory Gardens. Our funeral director confirmed that this was a great choice. They were a reliable, family owned business who he had worked with in the past. My sisters and I set up a meeting with the manager, ******. As difficult as the process was, ****** was compassionate and understanding and we truly felt at peace that we had found the perfect final resting spot. Our mother had been suffering from Alzheimer's for many years, so we signed a contract to cover graveside services for both of them, a shared niche, and a custom memorial plaque with each of their information, along with a Veteran's plaque for our Dad. On 11/3/22 ****** texted us images for their plaque, which we approved. She said she would be ordering it that day. Sadly, our Mom passed away only two months later so everything was finalized with both dates of death. My sister inquired on 12/22/22 as to when the plaques would be installed. ****** responded that they had to wait until the spring so as not to damage the granite on the face of the niche. Totally understood and so we patiently waited. On 4/10/23 she sent a text saying the plaques would be installed that week. We then received another text on 4/14/23 stating that she had opened the box with the correct order number however it was not the correct plaque. She was extremely apologetic and said she was expediting shipping to get it to us quickly. Since then communication has been poor, with initial excuses and lies, and now she ignores our texts and calls. Over 10 months with 2 green dot stickers to identify their resting place. The website has been down for months leading to other concerns!
