I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership who in return bought out my lease stating there would be no charges to me for the lease (Overage of miles, wear and tear, etc). However, I have since gotten a bill from GM and after speaking with them they stated the dealership did not file the paperwork for this agreement. The dealership is not responding/returning my calls/messages pertaining to this matter. As well as, I asked for a copy of the certified pre-owned checklist which I am entitled to and the dealership (specifically the service department) has told me numerous times they would provide that and has not, nor returned my calls. I have asked for a supervisor multiple times.The sales associate was *********************** *************. I have left him messages and asked for a manager to call me back with no response.Business response

Champion Buick GMC has made no promises of covering excess mileage or damages on any lease. GM financial dispatches third party companies to evaluate lease turn-ins. Both Sales Manager and Consultant has reached out and explained this to our customer in depth. Customer has been advised that we can mail CPO paperwork or she can pick up at the Dealership if she does not have a copy. Unfortunately, majority of her final statement is GM Financials disposition fee of $395 plus taxes.Customer response

The dealership has not reached out to me. I have not spoken to anyone and have not received a message. I also sent an email with the document showing the forged signature and did not get any response.
