Bought my first home and did my Refinance with ****, both were great experiences. Being self employed there were a lot of extra steps to get me approved. **** followed up weekly throughout the whole process. I recommend him to everyone I can!Review from Benjamin M

misleading company! Applied for loan and *********************** led me to believe my loan for a jumbo mortgage product would take 2 months. I am going on 7 months and have been told multiple times to submit more paper work which I have done. And still Im when Im call him I get an immeadiate reply he will call me back and I never get called back. I never get any updates. I get letters from the bank Flagstar which directly contradict what ****** is telling me. And I have already paid for an appraisal which will likely never be used.Cranbrook Loans Response

I'm sorry that this loan did not work out for you, we did everything in our power to get you approved, Our sales and processing team worked hard on your loan. There is no mutual benefit for either party when a customer does not get a loan they apply for, Cranbrook Loans is in business to make loans to borrowers. Since you were unable to supply us with the necessary documents, there was nothing we could do. While we take exception to your comment about 'misleading', we understand your frustration.
