While the reviews had me questioning my decision to work with Market My Business Today, I can say that has not been my experience. I signed up for the visibility program and social media. Every meeting I had with my account manager, *****, he showed me the progress I was making. I even got access to a portal that shows me my progress whenever I want, and that works better for me since I'm busy during the day with other things. I was even assigned a team to make reels and post images, which were amazing. Even when I had changes the turnaround time was awesome. I can say for sure that I saw improvement, like when I searched for my business online. I saw that my information was showing up on more places. A couple weeks ago I had someone come in saying they saw my post on instagram and that was shocking to say the least. Market my business today contacted me using Googles name even sent me a card in the mail, stating they were from ****** and wanted to increase my business by building a new website ( I already had one). They copied many parts of my website, reviews etc. It was very poorly done inaccurate of no value. They changed me $3400 including monthly fees taken without my permission before it became public. I notified them to stop. They refused to refund any of the money they had took from me. I tried to contact them for four weeks with no response to stop the website.Review from Jake W

This is a complete scam. They use ****** to think you will be able to jump your webpage to the top and use ****** to market your business. They will take your money up front, and you won't be able to get it back. You won't get a hold of any one but a front desk person and when you want to try to talk to ***************************** after he takes your money you won't be able to get him on the phone. I feel bad for the people that answer the main calls must be in on the con. However, when trying to get a hold of billing or do anything you'll just get hung up on. I have countless emails and calls asking for a refund and it all leads to nothing. They took over $4000 from my business.Review from John M

They have stolen thousands of dollars from my business this company is a scam!!! They will steal your credit card and charge it under a different business name such as Neatmetric and then you can't even get your bank to support your refund of some if any of the transactions.Review from Alesia N

I have been misled.by this company. I was told that I would have results in 4 weeks and that I would be showed. it is going on almost 2 months and I have nothing, yet I have put a a bit of money toward services that have not been rendered yet. from this company my ******** continues to flag my adds, going on 2 weeks not fixed I have checked my listings overview, and nothing has changed. my information is still wrong or not completed and my score to be found is still 58 after almost 2 months. I am asking. the president of this company to do what's right. and refund my full amount. $3024.00 dollars also I have asked several times for my ****** page pictures to be changed ********** told me he could take the pictures off my web site. and yet that is not done. I called Market My Business yesterday. 01/02/2024 and talked to a young lady and I told her I felt victim. of a scam and scared to do business with this company she told me if it was a scam, she wouldn't have answered the phone. I ask to talk to billing. I didn't get to talk to them either. so ************************************** I am a small business. and I have read reviews. I have spent. to me a lot of money I am a unhappy customer to all the people that read your reviews please do the right thing and refund my money I needed results and paid for results and did not get them all I want is for you to POST YOU REFUNDED MEReview from Randy L W

FRUAD SCAM LIARS CON ARTIST!! He called saying he worked for ****** and over $50,000 later I find out he was a CON ARTIST. Worse experience I have ever had in my time of doing business. They, *******, have to be stopped charged convicted and put in prison. They are stealing from businesses like mine. He is very convincing and talks like he knows what he is doing, but he doesnt know anything other than getting your credit card number. He BS me for 18 months promising me that he was doing all this work on my business website and he never did anything at all. He is not running a website business; his business is stealing from every one. When I hired him my website was getting over 400 clicks a month, he ruined my site dragging it down to 12 clicks per month. All his Zoom Meeting was all lies to get more money. He pretty much put me out of business with his steeling from me. Now its mine turn I am doing everything to put him, yea you *******, out of business. Sure you will read things and lie with a response. To sum it up he bribed me into signing an agreement that I will not legal action before he would give me my assets to my website back. Not stopping me I am taking legal action. I had to cancel my credit cards so he would stop charge me and the ** somehow still got a charge on my credit. SOME ONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS CON ARTIST. Trust me I am not giving up until something gets done. Some one that can steal from people like he does is not a man, they are cowards BTW all the 5 stars on here are him and lies. I came here to leave a review about the service that I received from Market My Business because they have done phenomenal work for me! I admit that I was highly skeptical at first, but seeing the rewards that I am reaping from their services showed me that I made a great choice when I signed up for the Complete Visibility Program.I have seen my business broadcast over every platform they promised me and have had constant communications with the engineers working on my business. The customer service that I have received has been delightful, as the team is always available to answer a question if one arises.My person engineer- my main contact- ********** has helped me to understand the marketing and analytics needed to move my business forward.I would highly recommend this company for any of your marketing needs~ they know their stuff.
