I purchased a used engine from this auto dismantler on 1/30/23 for $4103.99. "Minor damage" was listed in the item description, but it came with 30-day free warranty. The engine arrived on 2/2/23 and the factory certified auto dealer installed on 2/3/23. 5 seconds after start up this engine locked up and seized to operate. I immediately called the seller and informed them of this problem, and followed up with email to confirm details and sent them a video. They said they'll schedule a pick up once the engine is out and ready to go back. On 2/22/23 I told them the engine is ready to go back. On 2/23 it was picked up and delivered to seller on 2/24. Tracking information is available.Their sales manager ******* did not respond to my calls and emails until 3/13/23, and tried to shift the blame on us saying that the motor was operated without, which is not true. I was handling this return / dispute directly with seller, but when realized that they are determined to keep my money no matter what, I opened a case with ***** Unfortunately **** wasn't able to help because I opened this case after 30 days, however the actual return occurred in under 30 days.
