I purchased a personalized pillow cover 2 weeks ago and I received notification today that there is a delivery problem with address which was clearly given to famvibe when the order was placed. The tracking number is US95249901144737. When I tried to track it I was told because its international shipping I have to track through Postcalc.usps.com. I also got a message asking for my charge card to pay an additional .30 redelivery fee, which I am not going to do. I paid for shipping when I ordered this item. I tried calling the phone number listed and they are not available. I also emailed them waiting for a response. This company is reported to charge peoples cards without their consent so something needs to be done. I want my order or money back which from the reviews never happens. They need to be stopped.Initial Complaint

I ordered March 16th for $31.98. The t Shirt had 6 names of my grandchildren. Despite the poor quality of the t shirt, they misspelled one of the names. I know I double checked those names. When I contacted them. The company said pay 50% of the price and they will redo shirt. I was not happy with that. That means I would have spent $47.98 for this scratchy low quality shirt. Then they contacted me again to pay **** to mail shirt back. I feel like they always misspell one name and then offer to correct it by adding 50% more on a shirt that probably cost $5.00 to process. I would be glad to return shirt in one of the companies postage paid envelopes.Initial Complaint

I ordered from this company back on December 10th and still have not received my order and I have tried to contact them multiple times and they told me that according to the tracking number which I never got a tracking number from them that my order had been delivered which has not. They also guaranteed delivery before Christmas which of course is not going to happen. I have asked for a full refund and they will not respond to my request. I will not do business with them again
