I purchased a face mask after Xenith sent me an email that it was now in stock. The ordered was processed on 4/1/23, they took my payment, but have never sent me the face mask and now will no longer respond to emails, I emailed them on 7/20/23 and have not received any response at all.Initial Complaint

Order # SO31798 I ordered shoulder pads according to The size chart (measurements have been double checked by multiple other people) and the pads dont fit.I need to return them. I can not get Xenith to respond via email or the contact form on their website and its been over a week.I need to return these pads to them and cant do so without contacting them first, per their website. I also dont feel I should pay a restock fee but either way, Id like this resolved and refunded before I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
