I am writing to document an ongoing issue with the Flint Journal print newspaper delivery and to request your intervention. Despite being subscribed to a 4-day-a-week delivery plan, I have not received weekly newspapers since September 10th and have only received three Sunday papers since then. Delivery was sporadic before this, which has been incredibly frustrating.Below is a detailed account of my interactions with the Flint Journals customer **********/**/********** to a representative who confirmed I would be credited for the past three weeks. When I requested a supervisor, the call was disconnected.Called back and spoke with ********, who promised to contact the carrier supervisor and advised me to call back if issues persisted.10/13/2024:No paper was delivered. Spoke to another representative who contacted the carrier.Called back at 10 AM, still no paper. Spoke with another **** who couldnt issue a credit and after being put on hold for a supervisor, I was disconnected again.Called back and spoke with ******, who transferred me to supervisor ****. **** assured me he would escalate the issue and promised delivery that day. Despite his assurances, the issue remains unresolved.Given these recurring issues and the failure of Flint Journals customer service to provide a satisfactory solution, I am seeking a full credit of $34.95 on my credit card and immediate cancellation of my account. Extending the subscription does not address the fundamental issue of non-delivery.Flint Journal Account #: ******** I trust the ********************** will help facilitate a resolution to this matter swiftly. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

On June 4th 2024 a representative of the flint journal called me because I wasn't utilizing their free digital copy of the paper (I was paid up through June 16 2024) .I informed this representative that I had just retired and I would not be renewing my subscription to the paper. On June 18th they called and said that I owed $16.00. I informed him that I canceled my subscription June 4th then they called June 20th and said I owe $20.00 .and now they are saying that I owe $21.00 and that I can only cancel by calling the number on the front of my bill. I believe talking to their representative June 4th should have been good enough and I would like to have my bill wiped out and for them to quit harassing me.

We have been subscribers of the Flint Journal paper delivery for 50+ years. For the past 20 years we have called them and put the paper on vacation hold while we spend the winter in AZ. We did the same on 12/23/2022, & our delivery bill was paid to date via auto pay at that time. We are now receiving ******************** notices stating that we owe $13.22 for digital access that we NEVER authorized, agreed to, or were informed about when we stopped delivery on 12/23/2024. We have NO intention of paying this bill. My wife and I are 76 years old, Im a disabled ******* Vet, and this is a BLATANT attempt by the Journal to take advantage of the elderly. We want this $13.22 charge dismissed IMMEDIATELY so that our credit rating is not affected.

My 91 yr old mother reads a regular hold in your hands newspaper. She is unable to read the paper on a digital device. She has read ********************** for over 50 years but this summer the deliveries stopped coming the paid for 4 days a week. Credit was given, then they just up and stopped and sent an overdue bill with no regular on time bill prior. Now I have renewed just a Sunday delivery subscription in her name (***********************) as of November 3rd, no Sunday paper has yet been delivered. We don't always get out where a Flint Journal can be purchased. Delivered is best for *****!! We want the Journal delivered to our address EVERY SUNDAY. Contacting the customer service never brought a missed paper to the house, just extended credit of subcription.
