Id like them to close the account and let me chip away at the balance, thousands of dollars of transaction have gone through during a ransomware attack on the credit union, that is not my fault, i will pay the money of what went through however id like to be able to split it up over the course of a few months or have the bank *** me so i can do it through the court system.

Hello, BBB
On November 26th, 2023, the Frankfort Community Federal Credit Union was downstream from a ransomware attack that severely limited our ability to operate for approximately two weeks. The attack took our core data processor offline, which created a situation where debit card and ACH transactions went through that normally would have been rejected due to nonsufficient funds. ************ decided it was a good time to rack up approximately $20,000 in charges that he did not have funds to cover. He has admitted he owes us the money. I'm not sure why he decided to involve the BBB. Our attorney has been in communication with ************* He will pay us the all of the funds he owes plus our attorney fees. This issue is resolved.
