      Paid $6500 down payment four roof damage caused by a tornado back in August of 2022. They have given me the run around since then. Collaborating with other people in the same situation to work on a class action lawsuit.

      I signed a contract and put down a down payment to liquid construction for a deck railing project on 9/14/2022. The check for *******. I was told to expect a start date of 6-8 weeks, but that pushed it out until November so I thought we could be pushed out until the spring as it was an outdoor project. This spring we received an email from the president ************************* that due to "frost laws" that they had to put projects on hold but would contact parties in the order of when the jobs were booked. We were just notified from **** that he is stepping down and we should contact ***********************. He prompty sent an email stating that he has no responsibility and did not provide any additional people to contact or any additional contact information. I sent an email to *********************** who provided me the quote last fall who states that I should contact ***********************. I am at a loss of what to do and looking at the number of replies that has gone on it looks like alot of people are in the same boat. I assume that the responsible parties are long gone with the money.

      -Signed a contract for railing repair/replacement with Liquid Construction on or about June 23,2021.- After a couple of months I called the company to find out why nothing had been done. I was told they misplaced the paperwork and the materials would get ordered and the repairs made.- In November, I had still not heard from the company so I called again and spoke with **** (owner of the company). He had me take more pictures, although the person who came out in June had already done that.- A few days later, **** contacted me and told me it was too late in the year and he gave me his word his company would complete the job in the spring of 2022.- On Wednesday, January 26, 2022, I received a phone call from Liquid Construction stating they were no longer going to do business with anyone more than 50 miles from *******. This was never mentioned in the contract back in June. Mind you, they had one of their associates drive to my house and complete the estimate and written contract.- I believe the contract should be honored because it was prepared and signed prior to this recent change.
