Mime talked about how all of these reviews were misunderstandings. He completed a couple of small jobs and then got an $1800 deposit out of me. Like a sucker, I let him talk me into trusting him. This was a job for my 89 year old grandmothers house. Mike is non responsive and blocked my phone calls. I will not waste my time with small claims court, but I do believe people get what they deserve. Caution Mike, not everyone is as willing as I am to walk away from this without real world consequences.Review from Justin M

Took my money and ran! Hired him to install plumbing in whole home, water heater, and repair main sewer line. Trusted this man and even gave over half down to get the job started. Thousands of dollars! He only showed up for 1 hour on 1 day to rip out some old plumbing. Gave excuse after excuse. Stopped responding when I asked for money back. Won a judgment against him today. Really wish he would have just done the work as promised, or refunded my money.Review from Linda M

Horrible service and very unreliable! DO NOT use this company. Charged me $120.00/hr. and did not do what I told him to do. Was over an hour late and then never came back to finish the job after he told me hed be back. Doesnt return phone calls or text messages. Charged me for 3 hours of work and parts - ridiculous for what he didnt do. I would never recommend him to anybody. Kept telling me hed give me the invoice when he came back - but never came back!Review from Nadia L

He never showed up 3 times. 2 times with no show and no phone call. I call, text, email and nothing. He always has an excuse (but not true). Finally he agreed to refund (after having to call him out) and he still has not. Hes scammed more than just us. :(Review from Steven B

This is the absolute worst company I know of!! He is a major drug user, he's a con artist, he is not licensed or insured!! He will start jobs and not finish them!! He will take half the money down and not ever show back up or start the job but leave you with a mess and not finish it!! Worthless!!!Review from Andra T

hired Mike to disconnect and reconnect my kitchen sink to have a new countertop installed. His employee showed up at wednwsday 6.50pm and at 7.40 he was done. Mike wanted to charge me over $300, telling me that his employee left the office in Grand Haven at 5.30 and it took from Grand Haven until Muskegon more than 1 hour. I told him the employee got to my house at 6.50 so he needs to redo the price. He did, he readjusted the price but though he said he will come back to reconnect the sink, he never did. I had the countertop installed on Friday, i let him know, and in the end, i was without a kitchen sink that weekend and had to hire someone else to connect the sink. On saturday he messaged me to tell me his employee gor behind but he will come to reconnect my sink and that was the last i heard from him Very unreliable and do watch out for his billing as well.Review from Kathy B

Very unreliable, kept promising to come over and never showed. Put our project 6 weeks behind schedule and we still have no itemized statement.
