My son has a Aflac insurance through his fathers work. His father and I are divorced. I took my son to the dentist May 11 of 2024 and was charged the full $1400 payment because the phone nurses could not get a hold of anybody from AFLAC to find out his coverage. I got a hold of my ex-husbands works insurance provider *********************** phone number ************ at the end of July to ask why I have not gotten a reimbursement and filed any and all paperwork that was needed for said reimbursement. According to her, I never should have been charged the full amount to begin with, and should be expecting a majority of my funds back. However, since then. I have not received anything and have not been kept informed. I need my full refund immediately and I would like this to be put on record seeing as this is not the first time that I have had issues with this company for this reason.
