      I ordered two parts for my motorcycle from this business. I received the parts to find out that I didnt need them. I called the business and started a return. I sent the two items back. When I saw they had received the items I asked about the refund. I was told they will refund the money the next day. A week has gone by and no refund. I called them for them to tell me they refunded my money and to call my credit card company, they also said the could send a screen shot of the return that was initiated, and that never happened either. So I now have no choice then to file a dispute with my credit card company.

      Regarding the referenced complaint, we ask that it be closed without further action. This gentleman simply needs to wait for his credit card company to mark his account as refunded.

      His return was processed on 10/24/23 and we sent a "return processed" email at 2:42 PM that same day. Based on his phone call with us, and his BBB complaint, he must not have opened that email.

      As is standard policy, he was informed on that same call that refunds typically post to his account within 5 - 14 business days. This isn't unusual by any stretch (we too, wish it happened instantly).

      On account of these facts, we ask that you please close this matter.

      I contacted parts giant and made a purchase on 7/9/2023- ordered online .. after the purchase I was informed that the item I ordered was not in stock and a glitch had occurred within their system. I was told the the part would be in stock within 5 days. I then emailed parts giant and said I had ordered the wrong part, because I wanted to move on and order elsewhere no response - contacted by phone and was told the order was canceled but the part was in stock and if I wanted to reorder I could online I did just that on 7/13 - this time I was told my delivery address was incorrect, I contacted parts giant and was told because I paid through PayPal, everything was fine and it would ship that day. Fast forward to today Ive herd nothing, contact parts giant again.. was told the part was now not in stock again and yet again it was a glitchI had to wait 5 days for the pending charge to drop the first time, now again, going on 2 weeks without the part I needed - the part that would be shipped the same day twice ..I would not recommend doing business with this company - I will not in the future Im sure they will respond with a excuse or a glitch- I have the supporting emails and call logs

      We regret Mr. ********** experience. For his first order, ********************* contacted us to ask the order be canceled since he had ordered the incorrect part for his needs. A few days later, ********************** again ordered the same part, only using different contact information. For his second order, we attempted to contact ********************** twice (7/13 and 7/16) so as to validate his delivery address (***********************************************************************) since it did not show up as an existing address in the **** address verification system **************************************************** . By the time ********************** had responded to our query days after initially reaching out to him, the item was out of stock. We offer exceptional service (see our BBB rating). Had ********************** responded in a more timely manner, we would certainly have shipped his order right away.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      #1- as noted in my first comment- I made my first order, was then contacted by email stating the address was incorrect - I called- at that time I was told the part was not in stock and would take 5 days after weighing my options - I decided not to wait the 5 days and emailed to cancel the order due to the wrong part ordered- I did this due to the fact I could see the shadiness early on- I was unsure if the order would be cancelled due to the fact I refused to wait 5 days to see if any were in-stock. Again due to glitch 

      #2 - yes I did reorder - because the website now showed in-stock yet again- I called to verify- was told to pay via pay pal so address issues wouldnt be a issue- however my PayPal account is linked to a different email- there is nothing that can be done about that this is the only issue PartsGiant seems to want to reflect on however after placing 2nd order I was yet again emails my ********************* saying address was wrong again I know my address.. I called and was told it was taken care of .. shipping **** That was Friday the 14th ordered 13th still had not shipped there were not any attempted contacts that went unanswered .. I called Monday 17th and was told there was issues with my order again my address.. and now because I waited to contact ********************** during the weekend when they are closed the part is now out of stock

      News Flash the part was never in stock .. It still isnt , even though the website states it is another glitch.. a glitch thats never fixed - I called to verify stock.. 

      The owner in his last statement said to look at his BBB rating A+ however ********************** is not a BBB accredited business so that means nothing however the real time reviews show 1.8 out of 5 stars .. thats what matters - the fact the website is not updated, ******** page last post in 2020, and if you search ********************** on ******** you see only horror stories .. 

      instead of the owner holding on to the fact I made 2 purchases of the same part - on 2 different emails due to PayPal (at parts giant recommendation) he should fix his website and actually ship the parts same day as I was promised 2 different times .. these reviews will be seen on the bbb site for eternity- and hopefully that will cause as much aggravation as it has caused me in doing business with them!!!

      Had Mr ********************** held up his end of the deal hed be 171$ richer and Id be riding my bike ..

      We regret Mr. ********** experience. ******************** has been fully refunded as of 17 July. Mr.*************************;address did not return a valid address in the **** address verification system ******************************************************************* we were unable to ship a package to an invalid address.

      On 4/30/23 I placed an order through Parts Giant for a item that wad in ******** would ship the next business day according to their website. On 5/3 I sent a email asking why my order had not shipped. I was told their supplier was have technical issues and was told it was anticipated that my order would ship in the next 24 hours. On 5/4 I contacted them again and was told they couldn't send out tracking numbers, but was assured my package was sent out and on its way. On 5/6 I was told my order would ship out in the next 24 hours. Today on 5/8 I was told my order was being processed and would be shipping out soon. When I stated I would be filing a complaint, I was told the we're going to pull my order because I was filling a complaint with the BBB. I asked about refunding my credit card since it was charged when I placed the order, I was told it was tricky and might take some time. I have supporting emails from them.

      We regret Mr. ******* experience. Unfortunately, due to a supplier issue beyond our control, Mr. ******* order was not shipped in an expedient manner as is normal. Whenever **************** asked, we relayed delivery information to **************** as was provided to us by the supplier. We had only taken a temporary authorization through our payment service when he attempted to purchase goods. Mr. ******* credit card was never charged for his purchase since the items were never shipped. As Mr. ******* order has been cancelled, he only needs to wait a few days before the temporary authorization falls off his credit card.

      Several months ago I attempted to purchase a brake master cylinder rebuild kit. They called me questioning me why my shipping address was different from my billing address; despite my billing address being listed correctly as the same one on the card I used and confirmed with my bank. They refused to ship and would not provide details on a refund or shipment until I threatened to dispute the transaction through my bank. I received the refund 2 weeks later Several months later, on 12/23/22, I placed an order for a fuel petcock rebuild kit. The order was listed as in-progress, the charge was listed on my bank account and money taken out of my bank account, yet no update was given until I had to reach out to the business today (12/28/22) to receive an update. I spoke to the customer service supervisor and he said that the order was already cancelled, despite it not being listed as so and having no update given to their website or to me via the email or phone number that I listed in my order. They said they cancelled the order due to the issues they had with me on my first order several months ago. They claimed I would be reimbursed but I have yet to receive any reimbursement and the charge has posted to my bank account and withdrawn funds already. No timeline for reimbursement has been given and no resolution has been offered. The customer service supervisor refused to give me his supervisors business contact information and refused to allow me to speak to his supervisor to resolve the claim.

      Date of transaction is 10/25/2022 at 9:03 am.The price of the item is $23.95 I purchased the item at 9:03 am on 10/25/22 and at 9:05 am on 10/25/22 I realized the shipping address was input wrong by me. I immediately opened a cancellation request at 9:08am on 10/25/22.. I also sent an email with the correct address so they can fix the error..I got an email from the company at 2:34pm on 10/25:22 saying they shipped the item and couldnt change the address.. They flat out refused my cancellation request and sent the item to the wrong address. All they had to do was cancel the item or fix the address. There is no way they shipped the order in the five mins it took me to send a cancellation request, they didnt **** the item as shipped until 2:02 pm on 10/25/22.. I understand the item is only $23.95 but they way they just refused to give me good customer service is wrong. Now the item will be shipped to the wrong address and will show delivered so there is no way I can open an item not received case if the item Shows delivered.

      We regret *******************************' experience. To provide the fastest shipping possible, our systems send orders to warehouse staff at frequent intervals. Once an item is prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. We answer a significant volume of messages every day, and unfortunately, ******************************* request was not read and replied to until after the item was already being processed by shipping staff at which point it is impossible to change a package's shipping address.

      Made an order for a brake part, also exhaust part. Over a week later, my account on the website says still processing, so i call near 2 weeks later i was told i cant ship to different address then the billing so unless i verify myself on phone which i did, why couldnt the website notify me sooner in my account order status. So i waited still more then i call back another week because you guessed it still processing on website. So i not sure but i asked if they cant send part whats taking so long just cancel. They said ok but wheres my REFUND. Bet money i will never use this business again.. Same with DenisKirk. They cater to the rich people it seems and **** off the poor get it **** off the poor
