Date of Initial Transaction: JUL-25-2022 Amount I paid the business: $3405.38 What the business committed to provide me: Working Air Conditioning for my 2014 Nissan NV3500HD Nature of the dispute: I have been trying to get my ** working in my van since July of 2022 and have paid $3405 in the effort and have only had cold blowing ** for about 4 weeks of that time. Over the past 2 years, I have brought my van in 7 times to get diagnosed or worked on for the ** specifically. I first got my ** compressor replaced due to an electrical failure on JUN-14-2023 for $1155.60. ** worked for less than a week and the Evaporator had to be replaced on AUG-14-2023 for $1,849.51. The ** blew cold air for a couple of hours and then only spit out warm air. It doesn't seem like the evaporator was the issue but no way for me to know that. ** compressor had been determined to have failed again due to electrical issues once again and was replaced under parts warranty on SEP-25-2023 at no cost to me with ******* miles on the vehicle. 12 month/10k miles parts warranty was guaranteed to me by salesman *******************. ** blew cold air for less than a day. I brought the van back to the dealership on NOV-22-2023 for a diagnosis and was told that the technicians were unable to diagnose the issue and I would have to return the following year when it warms up. I was guaranteed by ******************* that as long as the issue was from a part that I had already paid them to replace, the warranty would not be an issue. Since this is our only vehicle that can hold all 8 of our family members, we drove it to ******* for Spring Break 2024 and it was very hot. When I brought the vehicle in on MAY-30-2024, I was told that the parts were just out of warranty.See attached document for the remainder of the description. I want to first apologize for the trouble you have had. I spoke with ******, our Service Manager in great length, as we went over your service history. What we are willing to do is pay for the repair ($2,336.24) of the A/C compressor and condenser at no charge to you. The difficult part is, if we do this, we cannot guarantee this repair will fix the A/C concern. Due to the age and mileage on the vehicle, along with the other components in the system. Based on our diagnosis during your last visit, this is what we believe will fix the problem, but we cannot be sure until after the repair is completed. I look forward to your response.

Thanks for speaking with me earlier today. This email is to memorialize our conversation whereby Fox Nissan has agreed to replace the A/C compressor and condenser at no cost to you. In return, you agreed to immediately withdraw your pending complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
