      Public "BEWARE" the proprietor of this business is a LIAR-CONNIVING-THEIF. I paid 290$ to have "LOGGER LUG SOLES" put on 3 pairs of workbooks. Dropped of 2 pair,(because the window of time needed ?as ridiculous) paid 150$. One pair needed a few repairs, one pair I ordered new insoles for hence the 290$ flat rate per pair for soles 90$ 3 times 270$ plus the couple repairs & insoles(extra 20$) 290$ which I paid the balance(140$) the 2nd trip when I dropped off 3rd pair, and got screwed- gave her 2 100$ bills only got 30$ back and I ****** up cause I told her I got shorted she said she counted it twice-my dumb *** thought I was supposed to get 40$ so I asked for another 10$ should've got $60$ back. There's part of the THEIVERY anyhoo ?? got boots when done got home next mornin realized there wasn't any new stitching on any of the 3 pairs disappointingly called she said right off rip DEFENSIVELY (cause she knew she did a ****** job) "if they come unglued you know where to find me"??2 days in 1st pair junk2more days in 2nd pair junk I called around found the PROPER PROCEDURE and called her she wanted me to come back to let her reglue them. Boots should've had a new mid sole stitched on then LUG sole cemented in place she said "l did sew new mid soles on" there's the LIAR after disagreeing on my 5th trip to her shop for some *** *** GLUE I asked for half my $ back for the HALF *****JOB she got pissed said bring them back I'll take sole off and give you ALL YOUR $$ BACK my response ok cool got there she took soles off gave me the boots back with no soles and denied sayn anything bout Givin me ALLMY$$BACK and handed me a check for140$?????? there's another part of the THEIVERY & CONNIVING she knew I lived 40 miles away & probably figured I'd get right on131 she called me 20 minutes after I left and said I think I forgot to sign that check while giggling in the fone and didnt offer to sign it upon dropping the boots off at **** ****   insoles we're gone! THEIF!

      First of all, we are blessed to be busy and communicate that upfront. The turnaround time on the repairs was informed when you dropped them off, so I do not believe complaining about the timeframe for your repairs is fair. Secondly, you picked the soles that you wanted on your boots they got put in the basket with your Repairs and then after pick up, you changed your mind on which soles you wanted after finding out that they could not be sewn on. No one in the Shoe Repair business can sew through 1 inch rubber no one, a midsole was replaced and sewn to the boot then a new soul that was (picked by the customer put on that), glue coming undone is beyond our control. It does happen. It happens to everyone and we were more than willing to make that situation right. However, as reading your post in this review , one can tell that you are a very angry/aggressive individual, and I was feeling like I was getting bullied and threatened by the aggressiveness of your personality. A refund was then offered to you (which isnt done usually because it is clearly post in store that all deposits are non refundable as we have the cost of materials to cover) however because of how I was being treated an expectation was made and you were recommended to find another shoe repair. I personally did not make the call To you about your check not being signed so that seems off to me, however I wish you all the best else where and Im glad we have parted ways No one deserves to be treated the way you treat me, nor the risk you caused to other people/drivers in the parking lot by your speeding off, away lucky you didnt hit that lady as she came in. Glad we parted ways for all involved

      I took a purse in to get it fixed. I asked them to fix the zipper. When I went to pick up the purse, the zipper looked horrible. It was not straight, the lining was sticking out of the purse, and there was a big gap between both sides of the zipper. When I asked them to fix it like it was a purse for their mother. The lady told me that she did not like her mother. Then I said, please fix it like you would for your best friend. She said she does not have any friends because she is not a nice person. Finally, she said she would fix it nicely and call me to meet her at a park near my home when it was finished due to my living on the other side of town. Today, I called to see if my purse was finished. I was told that I would be charged double for her fixing my purse a second time. But she did not fix it right the first time. I told her that I would pay the original quoted *****. She informed me that I had to pay double the price or would not get my purse back. I told her that I'd report her to BBB, and she said, "See you in court." I am a very unhappy customer, and encourage people to find a different shoe repair shop.

      Well here is the rest of the story, first off the comment of no friends was meant to be funny and not taken seriously sorry you dont have a sense of humor, but that sent aside when the customer dropped off their purse they got informed that they had two different repair options for the broken zipper. One being to take the zipper out and sew a new one in through all the layers without opening anything up, this option was the cheaper and thats the one that was chosen. Then at pickup the customer didnt like that they could see some of the linear so we offering to redo it by opening up the seams and sewing a new zipper in. Customer was informed of a price change, and that we would call you when it was done. Less than a week later we called and left you a voicemail that it was complete. About another week or so went by then customer called to check on the purse at which time was reminded of the balance owed. Customer was unhappy about having to make a 15min drive for pickup and also insisting on not paying anything for the services at all due to the driving time. I asked if HR could call her latter in the day at which point she hung up on me. I returned her call after the hang up, and left a voicemail for another call back that day to resolve the situation but dont occur so I have requested that the customer seek out another shoe ********************** , and that if she wanted to I would be willing to see her in court since services were completed as agreed and now the customer refuses to return calls nor pay for anything.
