We bought a small quad and moped from Impact back in April. We have had nothing but issues with both of them. The quad was returned for a period of time because the welds had broken weeks after buying. The bumper was cracked during transport and we still haven't received the correct replacement. We were given two different ones and they didn't fit. The orders have taken 3+ weeks each. We are still waiting for the 3rd one as of July 18th Well today as my son rides his quad the tire fell off. Not only is this disappointing but it's dangerous. We are at our **** end. The day we bought the moped they couldn't find the keys, so they swapped the ignition. Not a big deal, right. Well they didn't change the gas tank lock so we don't have a way to put gas in it. We were told to bring it back in to have this fixed. On top of that the moped will not idle. I was assured by 3 different people that I was getting the best deal. We wanted high quality machines but have not had either one in correct running, or physical condition. We would like this rectified. I would take a refund on both to be completely honest. These were brand new off the showroom floor. This is a quality issue. We purchased a brand new Odes Dominator **** last fall (2021) . We stopped in on a Saturday to look at them. Helped by an older gentleman (owner). He told us it came with 2 winches, front and rear, a large touch screen with GPS. We went back and ordered one. Upon delivery, about 10 days later we were told they were updating their computer system and purchase paperwork would be mailed to us. Never happened. At time of delivery, only one winch came on the unit, but both cabled and remote controls for front and rear winches. We were told they would get us another winch. Never happened. Fast forward a few months, gas guage doesn't work, check engine light comes on and nothing works on the touch screen other than guage display. Says it needs a Sim card but the dealer can't seem to provide one. Took it I for service this spring, still no functioning GPS, no second winch and check engine light still comes on. Told by dealer they think it needs a software update, months later still nothing. Sent them an email with all this info 3-4 weeks ago, no response. Give me a reasonable price for it. I will drop it off and walk away happy.Initial Complaint

We brought our Scooter in to be fixed. They had the scooter for many weeks. When the part finally came in, we paid for the repair over the phone and picked up the scooter after hours. They parked the scooter outside and left it completely empty of gas. We stalled it on the main road and we had to drive to a gas station to get some gas to get us to the nearest gas station. When we drove it home, the scooter stalled repeatedly and when we arrived home it was leaking gas onto the driveway. We called Impact the next day and I spoke with **** the manager to discuss our experience and our concern that the scooter was not repaired. He suggested we bring the scooter back the next day and he would personally check it out. I requested a refund but he declined this. We brought the scooter back the next day and spoke with **** He refused to touch the scooter, mentioning that me (the owner) left a scathing review on ******** and the review had to be taken down for foul language. I did not leave a review as mentioned by *** and they did not repair the scooter. They also refused a refund. We paid $200 and the problem was not fixed and they did not look at the problem once it was brought back in.Initial Complaint

I purchased. Well financed a motorcycle from this dealership. Signed the paperwork on February 22nd of 2022. As of me writing this it's April 18th. I have not received the title. They messed up some paperwork that to my understanding is pretty difficult to mess up. Not a big deal to me but they hadn't tried to contact me about it. I only found out when my father called them for me ( I work 3rd shift ) they told him what happened they needed my proof of insurance for the second time. I sent that on the 25th of March. Have not heard any updates. Still haven't received the title. And the company that it's financed though does not have my loan on record right now still in the "application phase " from what I understand. So I can't get a pay off amount or set up an account with the loan. I've wanted to sell the motorcycle because it's not what I was expecting ( not the fault of the dealership). But I cannot sell it without the title or being able to pay off my loan. At this point I am loosing money. I've already payed them $1000 down paymentBusiness response

We have contacted the customer to let him know that we have received the title apllication copy, license plate and license plate tab for his motorcycle from the Secretary of State and that he can come to pick it up.Initial Complaint

IMPACT POWERSPORTS ************************************************************** We Bought a quad from Impact PowerSports in august of 2020 and have had nothing but problems with it. Brought it back for service of leaking gas from carburetor. They told me I also had a blown head gasket did not seem like it as it was still running it was just leaking gas. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed a whole new engine well come to find out it is a smaller engine then was originally in the quad. We placed many phone calls were put on hold and then they never came back on the line or they just stated we are not keeping your quad its in the shop now well we finally received the quad back after numerous phone calls and 2 in-person visits 4 months later. When we inspected it there was loose bolts on engine, loose spark plug, missing pieces, chain was too tight, called them back and explained all of this and they gave us the run around and were very quick to pass us off and get us out the door, and now Im discovering the gears are put in backwards. I want my original sized engine back. I also feel I should get a refund for my supposed new engine that I dont think I needed. They lied right to my face multiple times and on the phone. We would not recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy. Not worth this much trouble. We finally had a friend fix some issues because We did not want to take it back there any more because of the terrible service the lies and the theft of our original engine.
