Impact Powersports: Avoid at All Costs Ordered a used golf cart in June 2024, promised delivery in two weeks. Endless delays, poor communication, and multiple repair attempts. The cart was delivered with numerous issues. The staff was unhelpful, and management was unresponsive. Requested refund, denied. This pace is terrible they brake more than they fix. They don't let you know when you machine is done. Every time it came back to ** somehow they broke something else and had to take it back they never fixed the gas cap that doesn't fit. They pinched off coolant lines putting plow plate on and put holes in them. They put a used plow on when it was supposed to be new. They put the plow plate back so far the weinch cable rubbing on metal and snaps about every 5 times it goes up and down. Terrible service and mechanics they know nothing about quality. They won't call back when you leave a message. Just be ready buy what you think is going to be fun but your basically getting a boat ancor..

We bought an adult sized 4 ******* in ****. We were NOT offered a warranty at all. About 2 months after purchasing ******************** broke. They fixed, I paid about 600 to fix it. We called and told them we would pick up on Friday at 4. We got out of work early to go get ********************. We show up at 4 (they close at 5) and the place is locked up. We called on Saturday and they said, oh we closed early to go to **************. They claim they will deliver it to us....NEVER HAPPENED! We brought ******************** back in to have an oil change and breaks done.......we get it back about a month later and it wouldn't even go into drive! We bring it back....and of course something is wrong with it. Funny. Because we only went in for brakes and an oil change. Then, after about 4 weeks, we call them (because they Never called us) they tell use it will be 700 to fix. We tell them we will let them know if we want it fixed. By the time we called back to tell them if we wanted it fixed...they ALREADY fixed it!!! We NEVER gave the ok to fix. Plus the charge was ******!!! This place never knows what the heck is going on, has the rudest people answering the phone, and sells crappy machines. I will never go there again for anything!!!! They don't stand by their world, they broke my sons quad and then charged me an arm and a leg to fix it. Talk about a shotty place to go. I only gave one star because I had to give at least 1. I would give a negative number if I could.
