Walstom marine agreed to provide services for shipping a 2018 sea ray boat to **. They were negligent in either inventorying the equipment on the boat or in losing a critical *** unit on the roof of the boat. They claim the shipper lost the device. If they wee to secure all devices on the roof, which they did with everything else include radar and tv antenna then why not secure the *** unit? It was missing upon receipt of the vessel. I had to purchase another in ** for approximately $2,800. Walstrom is trying to make me pay for defect services that have now cost me excessive monies and lost value on my vessel. They want me to pay $2700 for their services, which I refused until they provided the lost *** unit, which they did not.
