I signed a contract with ** ******* to repair my septic field on ******** *** **** with the expectation that the work would be completed within a few weeks. We knew that they would be working around Thanks Giving but through our conversations, we expected the work to be done before Christmas. They have worked on our system sporadically – showing up on somedays, sometimes two days in a row, then, I would not see or hear from them for a week or more. They’re communication to me was / is frustratingly limited and full of excuses that don’t pertain to our job. It is now ******* ** and the work is not complete. Our yard is a mess. There are dirt piles and mud everywhere. The septic system is repaired but they have not put our yard back together. So far we paid $****** out of $****** *or the complete job.
