We purchased a pool liner from Pool Guys on August 2, ******************************** the Fall 2023. The liner was delivered to the Pool Guys. Pool Guys came back to us in September and said that they didnt want to install it until Spring. They would hold onto the liner until Spring and we would be 1st on their installation list. We reached out multiple times in April to coordinate an installation date. The Pool Guys kept being indecisive about an installation date and kept giving us excuses on why they couldnt install. Once May hit, we pushed harder to get an installation date. They still were reluctant to give us a date so we reached out to someone else to install it. When we finally got the pool liner for installation we found that it had not been ordered in August 2023 when we paid for the liner. It was ordered on May 3, 2024 and delivered to the Pool Guys on May 8, 2024. We had at least six conversations with them between last fall and this spring about the installation. They told us that they had the liner since last September. In all subsequent conversations there was never any mention that they didnt actually have the liner.
