I purchased a vehicle from ******************* in June of 2022. We got an oil Change at PX2 in July 2022 and were able to drive the vehicle for a month roughly and then the motor blew. I purchased a warranty that would help me in the event any engine issues went wrong. PX2 is blaming ******************* and ******************* is blaming PX2 for a bad oil change. The warranty will not cover the damage due to having an outside location do the oil change. I was unaware you could not get an oil change at a certified oil change location. I am out $10,000 for a vehicle that was driven for a total of 3 months. I am asking for help in this matterInitial Complaint

My daughter got her oil changed at this establishment and then her engine seized up. The dealership (*******************) where we purchased the car is stating that the oil change was done incorrectly and that PX2 did not put the plug gasket on the drain plug which resulted in the oil draining out and the motor seizing. PX2 is stating that they did nothing wrong. We are now out ***** and my daughter nor I have the resources to pay for the damage.
