7/16/2023 made a purchase on their website. 7/17/2023 Went to the store to pick up Arrived at the ************* location in ** ********************************************** ******************************************* . When I arrive I was told to show the Credit that was used, this alarmed me because I was never asked this many other times nor does it state on pick up emails or on their site saying you must provide this either nor does it state please bring these for verification for your store pick up. I provided my ID but that was not sufficient they said. Why many times I have been here I have never been asked to provided my Credit card, why now? They only thing I had to bring was to show my ID and that completed my pick up. Why today ? what changed? Why not provided further info why you send the email telling me my pick up is ready. Why not say your order is ready for pick please bring your payment method used and ID. Nothing states this from the email. Just say when clicking on the link what vehicle are you in for your pick up. I have been a customer of Pet ********************** Plus for many many years and never been treated as disrespected like this by any store until now. You many have lost a customer now.Initial Complaint

I purchases on 6-30-2023 dog food for *****. The clerk not only charged me ***** but also charged my debit card an additional ***** which was for the customer immediately in front of me this was not my transaction. I went back the store for a credit and instead of giving me the credit I was charged an additional ***** this was also not my transaction. The clerks name was *****. This occurred about 400pm on 6-30-2023. I am now both the ***** as well as the ***** Not only do I demand my money back but this employee should be fired. Obviously PetSuppliesPlus is not a company that anyone should do business with.Initial Complaint

I've contacted Pet Supplies Plus SEVERAL times of the period of the last 5-6 months regarding CLOSURE/DELETION of my Account (& all its relative data). In the time since my numerous contact attempts, I have not received a SINGLE reply from ***************** Their "CS" is absolutely abysmal & Companies like this should be held accountable for this type of lackluster behavior that is all too rampant in the U.S. I suppose we'll blame lack of drive, ************** in one's work on COVID *eye roll.*
