When we were first there they told us our payments would be out of our budget and so we went home. They next day they called and they gave us a new number. They told us they would give us $2000 each for the two cars that we couldnt drive. They quoted us $7,000 for the car we were about to buy. Long story short, it wasnt til after we signed the papers that they told us the car was $11,000. They explained it away as the interest, ************* and service contract. They were just throwing paperwork at us so fast. Then, they had us sign something on the computer, said it was a promise to pay. Its been months since then and so many issues with the car. They kept sending me ************************************************************************************* the Country! To have it fixed. They will not give us a copy of the service contract. I asked for the contract on paper and they will not give me a straight answer. We decided we were going to try and pay the off. We owe $9,000, or so we thought. When I asked for the payoff quote it was $1,000 more than what we owed on the car. When we go online to pay our bill, in big numbers it says that we owe just over $9,000. They were trying to charge us $10,000 to pay it off.. I couldnt wrap my head around this. So, I went back to thee paperwork and holy s*** if they are not charging us $22,000 for a car that we were quoted at $7,000!!!! Even online it says a false number!! We were never shown this document we had to sign on his computer. We trusted what he was telling us. We did not physically sign anything and wouldnt have, that said we owed $22,000 for a $7,000 (thats where it started) car which only blue booked at $4,000 : We were totally scammed. How can these people live with themselves? We thought that the jump from $7000 to $11000 was the finance charges. He verbally stated they were. They purposefully hid the document with the total price by having is digitally sign so we didnt visually see the cost.he lied

Drives well but before I left the lot, I put it in reverse and my back up camera doesnt work. Neither is a wiper blades very well. Now any car is sitting on any lot should be well. Taken care of. This is a business. Dont you want reputation to be good I dont find their business was very well and Im not pleased at all.

Oh my goodness where do I start! I bought a used 2018 F150 from Rightway. The and took it straight to a tire dealer as the tire service light was on. They reset the wheel sensor and it went off. The next I called Rightway and told them there was a banging noise and shake and they said it was just from having sat for a while. On my way out of town a woman pulled up next and told me the driver side wheel was wobbling all over the place. I called Rightway He told me to drive it to their shop in ******* which was only a mile or 2 from where I was. I told him I was scared to drive it as it was also making a louder racket now. He kept saying no it will be ok. I did drive it there but slowly and stopped on the way. I got there and the service man there after he checked and we saw the wobble and the rear bake wasn't attached all the way any more. Anyways the rear axle was bent and the repair shop needed a day to fix it. I didn't have any money for a hotel or clothes with me, Rightway said they would reimburse me. I also had to have a wheel balanced as there were no weights on one tire, then a wheel alignment where they found there was a problem with the ball joints, Rightway said the would fix the ball joints and reimburse the alignment fees, which he said he turned in to be paid when I went to pick my truck back up but it still hasn't come! All this comes to a total $260 I am still waiting for it after they said they would reimburse the charges! I'm glad the axle didn't break all the way as it could have killed others not just me! Never again would I recommend anyone buy anything there. I called an Attorney and was told I was the 6th person to call them in the last year as some cars motors quit the day after they bought it and various other complaints. I just want the money back I was told would be reimbursed!

I was online checking out bad credit auto financing, seen rightway auto. I figured since its really close Ill give it a shot. I went in. Gave them my information. Little did I know you get no discussion about which car they are applying for you. So they go oh we got you an approval for this car. Then oh we have another approval for this different car. First car I was shown was a 2014 **** Escape rusted out. I didnt even look past the rust. Guy goes to close the back and something pops off. The dealer goes back then goes oh I have a different approval for a different car. So they are jacking up my credit and going for approvals on cars I didnt ask for. They dont tell me what the car is or mileage or even show you it. They run the approval first then show you which I think is a scam. I literally got up and walked out the dealership and went home. My phone was being called about 20 different times and the guy had the audacity to ring my doorbell . Yall really came to my door to sell me a rusted 2014 **** escape with 103 thousand miles on it . Ill never ever in my life go back to that dealership. They could even give me a car for free I wouldnt touch that place with a 10 foot pole. Very very disappointing experience. The guy walking to my house tops it off . There is no excuse for that. I didnt forget nothing I ****** a really bad finance loan on a car that would have died out down the street.

Absolute worst experience I've ever dealt with when purchasing a car. Full of lies and definitely ran by scam artists. In August of 2023 I purchased a Buick LaCrosse 2015. It was a very nice car but overpriced by ***** thousand dollars. They promised me a 20% interest rate which I thought was way too high. But they assured me they would buy back the car after a year of on Time payments. After having the car a couple days they called me and said I needed to pay two payments a month and that my interest rate would instead of 22% would be 28%. I never missed a payment and when I came back in for them to honor their deal and do the buyback program they all acted like they had never heard of anything like that before. The worst place I've ever dealt with do not believe them on anything they sell you or tell you they just want to get you in a car and take yours. Don't believe they're by back program they are liars I contacted the financing company and ask them why this wasn't possible and they said because we never refinance our cars. There's your answer right there bold-faced liars.

This place sells cars filled with salvaged parts. They rush you through sales and financing without enough explanation and I while I was naive and should have walked away, I was desperate and inexperienced with cars and car buying. I have had numerous issues including having to replace throttle body, engine mount, struts, ball joints, ac compressor, alternator, battery, fender liner, and more. I have only had the car just barely a year. I do not drive on the highway and only locally ( I work three jobs). This has been a huge mistake and this business is beyond shady for taking advantage of people like this.

*PLEASE RUN FARAWAY FROM THIS PLACE*. I purchased a vehicle from this s***** a** place 6/6/2024. A **** 500. After my son totaled my car. Three days after purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I immediately went back up there and the manager Voscoe said it was a sensor. Made an appointment for me to take it to the RIGHTWAY in ******* on a Friday and they ended up having to keep the car for the weekend. I was stranded and when I asked if they had a loaner car for me to get home they said they dont do loaner cars. Fast forward they fixed the check engine light and Im thinking Im good. Well on August 3, 2024 and only having the car for a month leaving a family gathering. I was taking my cousin home and we heard something snap. The car shut off and I tried starting it again, nothing. Come to find out the serpent belt broke. So after being stranded for over 5 hours and waiting for the tow truck to arrive I had to have the car towed to my house because this was a Saturday and that following Monday have it towed to the auto repair shop that RIGHTWAY deal with which is A+ Auto Repair. After notifying RIGHTWAY days after says to find out what was going on with my car. The auto repair shop told me when the serpent belt broke it messed up the engine. RIGHTWAY ordered a cheap engine for the car which was received by the auto shop on August 21, 2024. I called the shop today August 29, 2024 only to find out not only is the car still not starting but the engine RIGHTWAY ordered to be put in the car was a cheap engine according to the repairman. So Im still without a car that Ive barely driven and paying a note on a car I dont have. After several attempts of asking them for a loaner car to get to work, doctors appointments for myself and kids did they finally give me one and reminded me that they and I quote was doing me a favor. The loaner cars was just as s***** I hate I ever went to this place. And I definitely would not recommend them

Let me start this off if I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased my vehicle in April of 2024 I did not have the money to license my vehicle until July 2024. When I went to the dealership to license my vehicle The *** informed me I had the incorrect title. I purchased my vehicle from the right way automotive in ************************ which shut down shortly after I purchased my vehicle. I had to call right way in ******************** to find the correct title for my vehicle it took a week to hear back from them after they found my title I went down and picked it up and went back to the *** to license my vehicle. To my surprise yet again they were not going to license my vehicle The title they gave me this time they forgot to fill out a portion of it The *** in for me they filled it out incorrectly they should have never gave the title to me how they did. Right way gave me affidavits with my title because it was messed up. Luckily the *** decided to work with me and licensed my vehicle. The *** also for me that the dealership has 30 days to give me the correct title from date of purchase and they should have paid for my late penalties I however was not Going to argue with the dealership anymore. I've never had this issue before purchasing a vehicle I do not recommend the dealership to anybody.

This auto place honestly is the worst auto shop i have ever dealt with.I have only had my car 5 months and i have had nothing but transmission problems.I have had my transmission worked on a total of 3 times and still no satisfaction.The owner of the auto shop is very disrespectful and very unprofessional.He dont listen i explain to him multiple times that my transmission has been replaced 3 different times since i purchased the car back in February.He wasn't worried about that he was more worried about everything else on my car.He kept wanting to discuss that my car has a small coolant and oil leak.Like i tried to explain to him multiple times.The color on the ground is red not green and that transmission fluid is red not green.Oil is gold brown or black not red.He didn't want to hear that.So i expanded my voice since i wasnt being heard and started cussing this man out due to the fact that he kept trynna tell me cars are going to have problems like i dont know that or as if I'm uneducated.Then he went from standing at an angle with me to standing directly in front of me.So i expanded my voice more to let him know that i wasn't okay with him standing that close to me.Then he wanted to try to play dumb when i yelled at him to get out my face.Like i explained to him multiple times you are a man stepping to a women get out my face.Then he wanted to direct one of the workers to call the cops on me since i wouldn't lower my tone with him.

*******. Don't ever buy a car from them they sell you nothing but trash. They sell you lemons and they warranty company **** you go 2- 3 weeks without a car
