I hired Paver Pros to work on my patio, JULY 28 2022 hired to do power washing to remove old sand and to then put polymeric sand on it. Removing the old sand was not done, HE LIED TO ME, only power washing..the polymeric sand was then put on the old sand..(I questioned the owner ******************* at the time and he started swearing at me and that he would just ( f bomb) leave. The patio has cracks in the sand, now some weeds are starting to grow ( which should not happen when it was just done July 28 2022) and sand has washed away in many many MANY areas..I contacted **** in April 2023, he came out May 5th, 2023 for WARRANTY, he showed up and started blaming all of the problems on everything else, MY FLOWER POTS, MY PATIO SET basically everything on my patio except his shoddy work.My husband told him to leave after he was yet again blaming it on EVERYTHING ELSE,,,,he said NO, HE WAS STILL GONNA DO IT, we started yelling and telling him to leave. he WOULD NOT LEAVE, THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED, HE THREATENED MY DISABLED HUSBAND ( who has to use a cane to walk) ******* continued because he would not leave, he then took his leaf blower and blew it at my husbands face trying to hurt him, my neighbor told him to leave as they got to the front yard.he finally left after back and forth arguing..The situation is too VOLATILE to have him back on my property, I have to get my patio done PROPERLY by another company to fix what he did wrong, **** offered the money back to my husband, then pulled it away when my husband said ****** he keeps saying is that he is highly recommended but that doesnt mean you get to do a job IMPROPERLY! I would like a refund.

**** hired me to do a job for her in July of 2022. The job was to pressure wash and poly sand her paver patio. After my employee pressure washed, there were a few areas where sand wasn't able to be removed, which is normal and typical on some jobs. **** came out once I arrived with 3 other employees, yelling and screaming at me about ALL the sand not coming up. I explained to her that it's okay if some sand doesn't come up, and that every bit does not need to be removed to poly sand correctly. She continued to yell and scream calling me several names until I told her that my team and I would leave without being paid (we do not take deposits). Never once did I drop an F bomb, call her a name, etc. As we were leaving, she begged me to please complete the job. After she calmed down, I told her the process of the next step and asked if she wanted us to continue. I explained to her that if she was not happy at the point of job completion, she did not have to pay for the job. After the job was completed, *********;was extremely happy, apologized to me and my crew, and then proceeded to pay.
This year, some time around March, ****'s husband had contacted me and told me there were a few areas where sand had washed out. I told him that it was not a problem and that I would get over there soon to resolve the issue. Within the next 2-3 weeks, I had 2 more phone calls, multiple ******** messages (which she had erased due to her rude approach) and text messages. Since it was ***** in ********, meaning inconsistent, wet, and cold weather (even some flurries), I answered every one of the calls and messages and told them that I was waiting for the weather to break and I will be there as soon as I can. (I cannot sand in rain, wet pavement, or below certain temps) More insults were thrown at me, more yelling, and more name calling telling me they need it done NOW because they cant use their patio because of this "issue." When I came to fill in the sand joints in early May, ****'s husband showed me the areas where the sand was missing. The "unusable" patio had several pieces of patio furniture and large pots on it. He showed me two areas, both of which were under a large heavy flower pot on the perimeter of the patio. I simply explained that the issue could have been due to the pots being too heavy, or that the pots were placed on the patio before the sand was fully cured. The explanation set ****'s husband off. He started to yell and cuss at me telling me to get off his property and that I'm a *****, a thief, a liar, etc. I did not yell, nor threaten him. I explained again that all I said was that it could be the pots, and that I was still willing to rectify the issue. At this point, ****, who never came outside, was yelling out the window saying the cops are coming.  ****'s husband did not stop yelling at me, telling me to "f-off", and that I'm a liar and *****. He then walked closely over to me, and got in my face. My employee was there, and said "woah, woah, woah, lets just relax, sir." As I backed away, he threw his cane at me, screaming and yelling some more. At this point, as I was leaving, the neighbors came because he was yelling so loud in his driveway. The one neighbor who was sitting in his garage, looked at me and made a crazy gesture with his hand by his ear about them and smiled at me. I did proceed to sit around for a few minutes, because if the cops actually were coming I had nothing to run from.
My work speaks for itself, and my customer service speaks for itself. If I was a bad business man, I would have avoided her calls, texts, and messages and never showed up to fix the patio. ******** ******* are harsh, things happen, and I am also human. However, I always respect my customers and my work if something needs to be corrected.  In 12 years of business, I've never experienced an issue like this. I would be happy to still fix the patio, if desired. I do over 300 jobs per year, have several ********, Google, and BBB reviews from customers, but nothing like what this story is trying to make me out to be.
