The experience with this business, upper management, customer service, and first **** was astonishingly disgusting. The management, *****, actually hung up the phone on me after a 20 minute conversation that was very heated, lacking empathy, and was very defensive. I am terrified by all of it. It all started with false and confusing advertising about a "there is even a bathroom onboard" promise on their website (even in fun italics.) I get onboard and ask to use the bathroom that I paid extra for on the 30-person boat when size-wise, I only needed the 18-person. I was given attitude by first **** and told that the bathroom was for "emergency purposes only." ***** agreed that this was a bad comment and yet, she offered me nothing. I was expecting a 2-hour continuous "tour," as the website does not say that a stop for a bathroom break is to be expected or mandatory. Apparently, ***** told me, I was supposed to "ask" about that. CS told me on phone that the speakers were "very high quality," but many guests and myself complained of poor quality. ***** told me that I should go rent a "yacht" for luxury quality. Good speaker quality is apparently NOT a thing for a party boat. Ridiculous! I had not 1 but 2 womens' dresses have white bleach or something stains and she refused to care or offer me anything. She fought me and defended the company. She consistantly compared me to other customers rather than trying to care for me. ***** told me that the owner denied a partial refund request before any employee even talked to me on the phone. Terrible buisiness. She kept asking me "what I wanted." I replied, "a $400 refund for the bathroom that we were not able to really use kindly or in free will." She laughed at me. She said, "what will a refund do for you?" Business 101 will teach you that money speaks. There were SO many biz 101 concepts that I tried to explain to her were missing and she could not connect. I need help. I have been treated rudely at every level of this. ***
