i was repeated charged "processing fee" every transaction for each of my pet with this insurance company, which is not clearly explained in my policy at all. in my policy declaration page, it only shows my annual amount and one processing fee of $2, which is deceptive. They couldn't justify to me what is processing fee, and why they charge it for what service. To me, this is unlawful fee, and also it's not clearly explained to the policy holder how it will be charged. and there is no option on my end to combine my payment to avoid being charge every transaction.
