I can't think of a better company to go through for ANY of your needs for your wedding! I personally only needed dessert and Robert made the most fabulous, delicious cupcakes I've ever tasted in my life! I am not kidding when I say that as they were super moist, decadent, tasty and beautifully elegant yet simple (which is my taste in terms of aesthetics). Robert kept in touch with me every step of the way to make sure we were able to create my vision and he even went above and beyond for a last minute request to make a 50th birthday cake for my father on top of that! He was an extremely busy man with many different weddings to tend to but still managed to make me feel like mine was the only one in sight. I am so over the moon happy I chose Lasting Memories by Kate for my desserts and I know they would make any bride and groom happy! Moreover, they would make ANY HOST happy! My wife and I found this place on a whim. We were looking for someone to cater our backyard/woodsy wedding. We weren't from the area so we were going solely by Google results and our gut feeling. We decided to go with Lasting Memories By Kate and we are so glad we did. Right from the first correspondence all the way up until the day of our wedding, these people made sure everything was taken care of and everything was crystal clear. Not only was their service absolutely amazing (and the pricing cheaper than they probably should be!) their food was absolutely to die for. My wife fell in love with the crab dip and every single person loved at least one thing that was offered. There was nothing there that WASNT liked. I can tell you this for sure, if we ever find ourselves needing a catered food service while up in that area again...they will for sure be our go to.
