      Awesome experience. I called them late afternoon to ensure I was ordering the correct replacement wheels for my pressure washer. Very friendly and I was allowed to pick my shipping company, so chose ups knowing they're often faster to my Ohio home. They amazingly got my order out that very day, and they were delivered the next day. Perfect fit; better design than the original ones, and genuine parts, and a good price. Took me 3 minutes to be back to pressure washing. I was so happy to find this genuine business online, after finding so many that looked fake (did not pull up searching their addresses & such). A total pleasure to do business with, and I scoff at the review involving the missing package marked delivered by ups. I'm an online business, and I've never had a package stolen from a porch in 3,000 orders. But I've had dozens claim they didn't receive delivered items, until I had the delivery GPS analyzed, and then they amazingly found the packages (i innocently suggest they check the bushes and ask neighbors). Things get stolen & delivered incorrectly, but that's not on the sender to refund them. That's what they apparently demanded and received. They shouldn't even be allowed to complain, since UPS insures every package for $100.... ONLY if they find they failed to deliver it & they've gotten excellent at providing pics. I find it telling that Steve isn't thankful they issued a refund, but rages that they dare suggest UPS properly delivered as indicated. That guys nasty review speaks way more positive for their professional and kind response. To wrap it up.... excellent all around & I'll happily do business with this company again. Thank you!!

      Excellent customer service. I called them and they did not rush me to a sale. They were easy to reach and walked me through the process to troubleshoot and determine the parts I needed. I would have left them a 5 star ****** review if I could have. I can't say enough positive things about them. Most online retailers have no clue about the parts they are selling and how they work. Super knowledgeable and experienced team.

      All of the customer service representatives I have spoken with at Allparts have been very knowledgeable, as I called 3 times for help. They were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my Majestic direct vent gas fireplace and went way above and beyond my expectations. When I was finally ready to order, Stephanie was extremely polite while she took my order and thanked me for my business. I felt like more than just another customer at Allparts.

      Order not received. What is the process for a refund?

      Within 24 hours of your email over the weekend, we have started a Lost/Stolen package investigation with UPS on the package to determine if the package was scanned and possibly delivered to a different address as these packages are scanned with a GPS locator when delivered under UPS Tracking Number ****************** and will typically show the exact location delivered.

      We have also issued a full refund for the items that were purchased as you have indicated you are going to purchase replacement items from a different supplier and not wait for any type of determination from UPS or a replacement shipment to complete the repair of your heater because you did not receive the replacement parts that show to have been delivered.

      UPS may be in contact with you if they do show the item was delivered to the correct address, as this would then be considered a stolen package and would be a criminal investigation that would have to be filed with your local Police Department.

      As far as what you decide to post to any forums, that is a personal decision you will have to make for a situation that this company did not cause or have any control over after the package leaves our facility and again this package shows to have been left on your doorstep by the United Parcel Service using UPS 2nd day air service.

      Allpartsinc.com you omitted the response from your employee, Stephanie that inferred I was lying. It does not matter where the parts are, they are not in my customers equipment. And thank you, as an apology to my customer for them having to wait extra time for me to order the parts from another company, I performed their work at no cost.
      I want nothing from Allpartsinc.com.
