On 24 March 2024 I ordered a family meal online for a total of *****, Order# *********. After ordering and picking up my food I noticed I did not get a printed or email receipt. I went back to the store to see if they could print the receipt and was told that I would have to contact their corporate office since it was an online order. I contacted the corporate office via their website on the 24 March, Case #********, and via phone on 28 March and 1 April requesting a receipt. Both times that I called my email address was confirmed and no receipt was provided, junk email was checked as well. On the 2nd and 4th of April I called again letting them know that no receipt was provided and that I was requesting a refund. I informed the customer service representative that when I ordered this food I was on a business trip for my company and all receipts have to be turned in order to be reimbursed.Customer response
